In Drinks Catalyst supports emerging drinks brands with business advice, publicity and networking and takes place as part of a Scotlands only independent Drinks Trade Show being staged in Glasgow in March.
Ten finalists across a range of drinks categories have now been selected by an industry judging panel which met last week to assess entries from across the UK. Two winners will be selected at the In Drinks trade show following short presentations from all the finalists.
Entries in the competition were received from across the UK and covered all major drinks categories including low and no alcohol, beers and alcoholic spirits.

Producing an apple eau de vie called Pochle using surplus apples collected from in and around Edinburgh. The apples are collected from private gardens, walled gardens, farms, community orchards and some more commercial orchards.
8 Doors Distillery is independently owned by husband and wife team Derek and Kerry Campbell, who live along the most northerly coast of Scotland. As lovers of whisky with a passion for our local area we started to dream about creating our own whisky distillery.
