Finalists Announced for the Scottish Property Awards 2025
The prestigious Scottish Property Awards 2025 finalists have been unveiled, showcasing the exceptional achievements in Scotland's commercial and public property. Following an exhaustive evaluation process, the independent awards programme has named contenders in 16 diverse categories, highlighting the finest new buildings and most outstanding teams nationwide.
The awards celebrate innovation, creativity, in public and commercial property development excellence. This year’s shortlist results from meticulous deliberations by a panel of 13 industry experts who evaluated over 40 projects. The submissions encompass many developments, including offices, hospitals, schools, community centres, universities, hotels, regeneration sites, and distilleries throughout Scotland.
The competition’s broad scope reflects the vitality and diversity of the Scottish property market. With categories designed to recognise large-scale projects and smaller, community-focused initiatives, the awards provide an invaluable platform to celebrate the contributions of architects, developers, engineers, and property teams.
The grand celebration will take place on Thursday, 20th February 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on Cambridge Street in Glasgow. This highly anticipated event will bring together professionals from across the industry to honour the creativity and hard work behind these impressive achievements.
